3 Nights in Taipei — The Healing Beginning
Your retreat begins in Taipei, where ancient wisdom flows through every ritual. Here, we invite you to slow down and reconnect with your body through authentic Taiwanese healing experiences.






Day 1 - Taipei
After arriving in Taipei and checking in at your centrally located hotel, your journey of relaxation begins. Unwind with a rejuvenating foot massage followed by a full-body meridian treatment, designed to balance your energy and release deep tension.
Day 2 - Taipei
Move with Presence — Morning Tai Chi & Taipei Sightseeing
Begin your day with a peaceful Tai Chi session, awakening your body with mindful, flowing movements. After this grounding start, continue your journey with gentle sightseeing around Taipei — exploring cultural landmarks, tranquil temples, and vibrant neighborhoods that showcase the city’s harmonious blend of tradition and modernity.
Nourish from Within
Savor the richness of Taiwanese cuisine — from a premium chef-crafted hot pot to an iconic 40-year herbal soup, slow-cooked for nourishment and vitality. These flavors embody warmth, wellness, and a deep connection to local traditions.
Day 3 - Taipei
Traditional Chinese Medicine Wellness Experience
Explore the power of herbs and acupressure during a guided visit and workshop at a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic. Learn about natural medicinal herbs and create your own herbal pouch, perfect for a soothing footbath or a relaxing bath ritual.
Full Body Meridian Massage
Before dinner, you will enjoy a deeply relaxing full-body treatment that stimulates meridian pathways, restores energy flow, and releases tension — leaving you feeling balanced and renewed.

End your day with a nourishing, wellness-focused meal in a calm and restorative setting.
Day 4 - Taipei >> Kyoto
Fly from Taipei to Kyoto — a journey of less than three hours. Upon arrival by our private transfer, check in to one of Kyoto’s most relaxing hotels and unwind with a soothing bath, followed by a luxurious and beautifully crafted dinner at the hotel.
4 Nights in Kyoto — The Art of Stillness
Journey onward to Kyoto, where calm elegance and timeless rituals await. After a restful night in a serene wellness hotel, you will spend the following days immersed in yoga, meditation, hot spring bathing, and nourishing seasonal cuisine, all embraced by the peaceful rhythm of nature.






Day 5 - Kyoto
Mindful Awakening
With guidance from our experienced yoga facilitator, ease into the day through a blend of yoga flows, meditation, and journaling in the hotel’s serene traditional space. Follow your practice with a rich, nourishing breakfast to begin the day with clarity and energy.
Kyoto by Bike
Embark on a private bike tour through Kyoto’s poetic streets. Guided by a local expert, you’ll discover hidden gems, quiet neighborhoods, and charming corners of the city that most travelers never encounter.
In the evening, check in to a charming, old-but-elegant traditional house — a serene retreat that allows you to feel fully immersed in the timeless spirit of Kyoto.
Day 6 - Kyoto
Traditional Kimono Experience
Step into the essence of classical Japan as you dress in a traditional kimono. With the gentle guidance of a professional kimono assistant, you’ll learn the art of wearing this iconic garment and feel the grace, poise, and timeless beauty it represents. This experience allows you to fully immerse yourself in the refined atmosphere of old Kyoto.
Temple Tea Ceremony
Experience the tranquility of an authentic Japanese tea ceremony held within a serene Kyoto temple. Learn the mindful art of preparing matcha and discover the cultural meaning behind each deliberate movement. This peaceful ritual offers a quiet moment to slow down, savor the tea, and reconnect with calm—far from the bustle of daily life.
Day 7 - Kyoto
Japanese Bento Box Making
Discover the art of creating a healthy, beautifully balanced Japanese lunch box in Kyoto. In this hands-on class, you will prepare classic dishes such as teriyaki chicken, tempura, tamagoyaki (rolled egg), sushi rolls, and miso soup. Then arrange them into a nutritious bento that reflects Japan’s philosophy of balance and harmony. As you cook, you will learn how Japanese cuisine emphasizes fresh, seasonal ingredients and mindful eating before enjoying the wholesome meal you’ve crafted in a relaxed Kyoto studio.
Explore Kyoto at Your Own Pace
Spend the rest of the day discovering Kyoto’s timeless beauty. Wander peaceful streets, visit hidden temples and gardens, or relax in one of the city’s charming cafés. If you enjoy shopping, explore Kyoto’s delightful boutiques and souvenir shops, where you will find traditional crafts, sweets, and unique keepsakes to take home.
Day 8 - Kyoto
On the final day of your retreat, we will arrange a comfortable transfer from your accommodation to Kansai Airport. If you choose to continue your journey in another city in Japan, we are happy to support you and provide the necessary arrangements accordingly.
